Caitlin joined MRI of Lancaster in March, 2022. She spent several years in the Foodservice arena and was able to hit the ground running with our business. As a member of the data management team, she focuses on building and maintaining the MRI Lancaster database to ensure recruiters have access to the highest quality candidates in the market.
Caitlin assists all the Talent Advisors within MRI Lancaster on their searches. There hasn’t been a search yet that she hasn’t been able to source candidates for.
