Plant Manager
With over 95 years of experience in the foodservice industry, my client is one of the largest companies in their product line in the world.
We are in search of their next Plant Manager for their site in the Redmond, WA area.
The plant has approximately 175 employees with a great culture. Looking for their next leader.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in manufacturing with at least 5 years in leadership.
- Prefer some type of food/beverage manufacturing
- Able to understand critical issues and respond with a sense of urgency
- Need excellent communication skills
- Able to communicate a vision, strategic thinking, and engage and develop employees
