Their site in the Reading, PA area is in search of an Operations Manager.  This is a tight-knit easy-going group of people.  This is a non-union plant and will have 6 supervisors along with the responsibilities for all production activities on 3 lines.

Education and Experience: 

• 4-year degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• 5-10 years of supervisory or Leadership experience in manufacturing with preferred experience in food processing, bottling and or food packaging.
• Trouble shooting expertise in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective at promoting positive employee relations.
