With over 95 years of experience in the foodservice industry, my client is one of the largest companies in their product line in the world.

Their site in the Redmond, WA area is in need of their next Production Manager.

This position is a backfill for someone who was promoted. This position will have full responsibility for all of production, 4 Supervisors and 125 employees and report to the Sr. Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years leadership in a manufacturing environment
• Prefer a BS degree
• Proven track record of developing and leading direct and indirect reports
• Strong analytical skills, able to identify root cause
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
