Our client is seeking a Machine Repair Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the work of employees who repair, maintain and repair glass container forming machines and related equipment.  The Machine Repair Supervisor prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product and directs the rebuilding of equipment and modifies vendor equipment to operate more efficiently. The Machine Repair Supervisor provides support to achieve goals established for the manufacturing process. Location will be the Minneapolis, MN area.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years’ work and supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment, glass or ceramics industry preferred.
• Familiar with a variety of maintenance concepts, practices and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
