Director of Operations
Our client has grown into one of the country’s largest branded products with over 3500 employees and 12 manufacturing plants throughout the United States.
We are recruiting for a Director of Operations to manage 3 locations in the Upstate NY area. Prefer someone to be based in the Utica region.
Will have oversight of 3 Plant Managers and their sites. Looking for someone to improve the organization’s financial performance and be able to identify manufacturing processes that could benefit from continuous improvement programs, and develop a manufacturing plan for the Division.
Qualifications needed:
- At least 10 years of experience in a Plant leadership role
- Multi site experience
- Proven track record or leadership
- Able to travel
- Food/beverage/CPG manufacturing experience
